CMS ACCESS launches July 5, 2026

Your wearable data, in one cockpit. With an AI coach that lives on your phone.

Continuity ingests live data from your Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Garmin and more, keeps it secure on your device, and uses a local LLM to deliver the kind of pattern-spotting and behavioral nudges a thoughtful physician might offer between visits.

Important: Continuity is not a diagnostic tool and is not a substitute for a clinical consultation with a practicing human physician and medical team.

BYOD
Compatible with any wearable. No required device and no upsell.
Local-first
Raw biometrics stay on your device
30-day
Rolling personal baseline that learns you
0
Diagnostic claims, by design
Architecture

Four layers, built so you stay in control.

Signal
Every wearable, one cockpit.

Bring your own device. Continuity ingests Apple Health, Health Connect, Oura, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit and CGMs into one rolling 30-day personal baseline.

Privacy
Your data stays on your phone.

Local-first by design. Raw biometrics remain on the device. Only the trend features required to generate an insight are transmitted, and solely with the user's explicit consent.

Intelligence
An LLM that lives where your data lives.

On the mobile build, the model runs locally. Your sleep, HRV, and stress patterns are reasoned over without a round-trip to the cloud.

Action
Useful, daily, the best the model can give.

Behavioral and psychological nudges anchored in peer-reviewed frameworks. The aim is to be genuinely useful every single day.

Your devices

One graph across every wearable you already own.

Continuity is device-agnostic. Connect what you have today; add more whenever you like. Manual entry for blood pressure, weight, mood, and meds keeps the cockpit useful from day one.

Apple Watch
HRV · RHR · sleep · workouts
Oura Ring
Sleep architecture · readiness · temp trend
Garmin
Training load · stress · Body Battery
Fitbit / Pixel
Health Connect · steps · sleep · HR
Whoop
Strain · recovery · sleep performance
CGM (Dexcom, Libre)
Continuous glucose where available
Privacy

Local-first. Your data is yours.

On-device by default

Raw biometrics, including every heartbeat and every sleep stage, are stored on your device. The on-device model reasons over them locally on the mobile build. Nothing is uploaded for an ad model. Nothing is sold.

Deny-by-default egress

If a feature ever needs to send something off-device, for example to share a summary with a clinician you choose, you must approve it explicitly, minimum-necessary, and you can revoke at any time.

Boundaries

What Continuity is not.

  • Not a diagnostic tool. Continuity does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
  • Not a substitute for your physician. Daily insights help you arrive at appointments better prepared. They do not replace clinical care.
  • Not an ad-supported product. Your data is not the product.
  • Not a native app yet. Today Continuity runs in your mobile browser.
Where this is headed

Free today. Clinically-connected, optionally, tomorrow.

The pilot is a free consumer wellness cockpit. Where this is headed: a clinically-connected layer that can plug into the CMS ACCESS Model (Outcome-Aligned Payments for chronic-care organizations, launching July 5, 2026) through provider partners, without altering the local-first, private-by-design contract with the user.

Be first on the pilot.

The mobile-web pilot is being rebuilt around your own wearable data and remains entirely on your device. Email Mash to request early access.
